Sharmesh is one of India's specialist voices in data privacy compliance. A NASSCOM-credentialed DSCI Privacy Lead Assessor (DCPLA) and BSI Certified professional, he brings rare dual expertise that sits at the intersection of legal defensibility and technical architecture.

His practice focuses on building legally and technically defensible DPDP compliance frameworks for organisations in high-risk sectors such as Healthcare and Fintech, including statutory Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), ISO/IEC 27001 security alignment, ISO 27701 privacy mapping, and NABH Digital Health compliance.
